Step 1. Configure the start of the Workstation service
- Open the right panel of the main application window and select Search in the menu.
- In the search field, enter services.msc and click services in the left part of the window.
- In the Services window, right-click on the Workstation item and select Properties from the opened context menu.
- In the Startup type section of the Workstation Properties window, select Automatic from the drop-down menu. Click OK.
- In the Services window, right-click on the Workstation item and select Restart from the opened context menu. Go to Step 2.
If the Services window does not contain the Workstation item, perform the following actions:
- Open the right panel and select Search in the menu.
- In the Search field, enter "view network connections". Select Settings under the search field and View network connections in the left part of the screen.
- In the Network Connections window, right-click on your network connection and select Properties from the opened context menu.
- Make sure the Client for Microsoft Networks option is not missing:
- If the option is missing, then add the Client for Microsoft Networks.
- If the option is not missing, reinstall the client:
- Delete the client for Microsoft Networks.
- Reboot your computer.
- Install the client for Microsoft Networks.
Step 2. Activate the application once again
- In the Activation window, click the Back button.
- Activate the application once again.
